Ministry to the Whole Family
One of our goals at Oak Grove is to serve the whole family from our children to our senior adults. Many of our activities involve the family interacting as a whole to strengthen the family unit but we also want to concentrate on age appropriate activities for each group. Those activites are designed to encourage everyone to grow and mature as indivduals and in the Lord.
Children

It all begins with our age appropriate Sunday Schools on Sunday morning at 9:30. We have dedicated teachers that encourage the children in a safe and secure enviornment. In addition, our worship service includes a special segment that is directed towards the kids to make them feel welcomed and important. We also have interactive groups for the kids on Wednesday evenings at 6:00.
Throught the year we have special events including outings, VBS, and learning activities.
We would count it a honor and a privilege to minister to your children in a safe and encouraging environment.
Teens

The teenage years are difficult at best and Oak Grove wants to be a support where they can to teens and their parents.
This includes a Sunday Morning Teen Group at 9:30 to tackle some of the pressing issues of life from a Biblical prespective.
In addition to these activites is the Wednesday evening J.A.M. Time and extra events throughout the year including concerts, camps, and adverture activite.
Adults
The adults of Oak Grove care about others and desire to see everyone encouraged in their lives. The Adult Sunday School classes give adults a time to fellowship and exploring the Bible together in a non-judgemental setting.
The adults enjoy getting together outside of the church and doing mission projects by helping others or just getting together for fun.
Some serviced activities have included building ramps and decks for those needing special access, car care clinics for single parent homes, andrepairing roofs damaged in storms. Some fellowship actitives have included Thunder Games, retreats, game nights and many other opportunities to live life in the name of Jesus.
